Fences will not go flush with the top of the screen.

I've been using fences for a long time and at one update I noticed my fences would no longer become flush with the top of my screen. Whenever I try to drag it to the top, it stops short and won't snap any higher. It's a small thing but this ruins the feeling of my desktop. Has anyone experienced this or does anyone have a solution?

Hmmm, so as strange as it is, I tried toggling the "Roll up Fences placed on edge of screen" and sure enough it then snapped to the top of the monitor. I toggled the setting back on and there appears to be no issue. I'm assuming this must have been a bug related to an older update that would have been fixed had I toggled those settings. Regardless, thank you very much for helping me to solve this!
