Problem with 3 monitors, W10 and lost desktop icons

Need to restore desktop icons. Can't.

Hi. I installed Fences on a three monitor Windows 10 system today. The Fences came up fine, but the second monitor did not. (the second monitor was physically installed above the 1 and 3. So to restore the second monitor, after trying rebooting, etc. I uninstalled Fences. The monitor came back but many of the icons did not. It shows them in the desktop folder, under file explorer, but when I try to move them back to the desktop the error message says, "this file is already installed on the desktop" even though it is not. There are icons on the desktop, I think it may be the Program Fence icons. But the icons for the documents are no longer showing. 

I assume that perhaps there is a registry entry still stuck since I don't have a way to uninstall the application. (it did not show up in my Apps & Features Control Panel. 

Can you point me to where the registry entries might be, or what else I can do to restore these icons! Thanks!

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Usually if you have icons or Fences missing from your desktop when Fences enable.To check on things. You can :

1) You can simply disable Fences and check if all the icons are there on your desktop.

2. If yes, its all there. You might have send your fences to another Fences Desktop Page. You can learn how to use Fences Desktop pages or totally disable it.

Try those and report back.
