After purchasing Fences, I have not received the Product Key.
Yesterday I purchased Fences using Alipay, but I have not received the Product Key.
According to the FAQ, using Lookup Product Keys also reported an error "Account Lookup Failure".
I have submitted a ticket (#YRU-632-10169), but it has been in the status of Unassigned. When can I handle it for me?
