Fences 2 to 3 upgrade - is it still available?

Hi I have an old Fences 2 license I would like to upgrade to Fences 3. Is this still available ?

Fences 3 is an upgrade so if you have 2

you will have to buy 3 and get a new key to use it .

there used to be an upgrade discount - not now it seems.
