允许导航功能失效

允许导航功能已打开，但是当我打开“新建文件夹”时，目录被windows资源管理器打开了，不能通过导航功能预览文件夹的内容。

Allow navigation function to be disabled

Fences version: 3.0.9.11

Windows version: win10 Professional Edition 1903 18363.997

The navigation function is enabled, but when I open the 'New Folder', the directory is opened by the windows explorer, and the contents of the folder cannot be previewed through the navigation function.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Would like to suggest for you to update your Windows to the latest version. And retest. If it still an issue please do the purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.

I had the same problem，the contents of the folder cannot be previewed through the navigation function. The basj method did not fix the problem.

Hello,

That shows that your original account have something corrupted. Best thing is to move to the new account or do a fresh reinstall on Windows 10.
