Lost Hamburger Menu and X, cannot move fences

Longtime fences 3 user, license since march 2017. Experiencing the following issue:
On all my fences, there is no hamburger menu and X button. In addition, I cannot move any fence. Existing fences are working fine.

Am I missing an adjustment?

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Right- Click on your desktop to view and uncheck Lock fences if it is checked .

Reboot , test and report back .

Yes!! I felt it was something obvious, have looked all over the configuration, but missed out on view options in a right-click-menu well away from the fences themselves.
