I cannot activate the fences on new computer even I deactivate the one from my old computer. I try to retrieve the key but unable to get it. please advise

Need to know more details for us to help you. What error did you get when downloading the latest version? What error did you get when installing? What error you get when you tried activating?

no error on download, no error on installationm error only happen when tried to activating
Usually this happened when you does not have Fences v3 associated with that account. If you have recently purchase Fences v3 please raise a ticket and include all the details in there. And Support will help you from there : http://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/default_import/Tickets/Submit
If you have keys for Fences v2, and trying to activate Fences v3. That will not work. You will need to purchase a new license key for that.
