Install Start 10 and get no start menu at all

I have always used Start 8. Updated to Start 10 earlier this year and it didn't work. Once installed didn't show star menu/button of any kind. Thought it was a new update issue. Today I tried to install it again and it does the same thing. PC is in desktop mode. Any troubleshooting ideas?

Sorry to hear you are having issues.  Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/486022/start10-support-faq#reinstalling Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.
