Problems unzipping and dragging directories

Hello, I bought the product a few weeks ago, but I have a problem that when I unzip RAR files, the folder goes to another fence, outside the fences where I unzipped. On the other hand, when I drag the directories to put them in a fences, it always has a directory that is behind the fence. Please help
