Fences move every time I load up my pc.

I have a triple monitor setup, and every time I start my pc the fences move from the right monitor (monitor 1) to the middle monitor (monitor 2). I think the issue is caused by Wallpaper Engine, cause this never happened before buying it from Steam. I haven't really tried to fix it cause I don't know how to nor where to begin.

Any help is appreciated!
