Edit reflection option for Water Dreams Theme

I see the drop down option, when using water dreams theme, and after clicking the configure background button that gives you the option to change reflection; however it is greyed out and  i cannot view other options.  I'd like to change the reflection image from clouds to something else - any ideas would be great, i'm kinda savvy with software and can follow most directions so if its a little difficult i don't mind trying.

Thanks

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Can you post a video capture of your issue and the link to the dream in question please.

It's not clear to me your issue .

And what version of Windows ( Full version )

and version of Deskscapes ?

Hello,

The short answer is No ..

If an area is grayed out that option is Not available .

If the option is available only what's offered are your options .

My Gallery alone has over 4000 dreams in it try typing in

some KEY words in Search they're probably some dreams already

that would be close to what you want ?

Thanks Az - I understand the option is greyed out signifying that the option isn't avail.  It appears as though its a drop down menu and I was wondering if there is a way activate/enable that option and/or add new reflection images to a folder/file somewhere so that I can indeed select more images than just Clouds for that particular Water Dream.

Possibly unzip or extract what is in that Water Dream background and create a new Water Dream background with more reflection options that are selectable would even be acceptable if that is possible - I just don't know how to do that if that is even what I need to do :) so I thought i'd ask.

I haven't searched for a Water Dream version that expresses the ability to pick reflections specifically I can try that thanks -

I may need to create one of my own and I confess I haven't researched how to do that yet either nor if there is even a tutorial on how to do that so that I can/could create and enable that drop down menu for my own Water Dream version that has images that are selectable.  Definitely an option as well if that is what I need to do and i can find a tutorial :)

Thanks -

If the answer is No you can't add a reflection to the current Dreams that appear to support that capability Ok -

If the definitive answer is learn to make your own Dream and enable that feature on your own - I can start googling how to do that as well

I can search for them easy enough - but before I started down any of those paths I wanted to check and make sure I wasn't missing a quick shortcut to add images to an existing Dream that appears to support multiple reflections first :)

Thanks - lemme know if I have understood completely and of course if you have or know of helpful links that would be great as well

Cheers.

OK ... a couple Things,

1 - No you can't change the current Deskscapes app the way you want .

2 - Always if you really want to have it your way then make your Own Dream

We need more dream makers .

One way to do that a Tutorial I made , not hard but takes a little practice

and playing around with the program to get good with it .
