Fences Frozen

Newest version completely frozen on screen

Hope someone can help. My Fences has completely stopped working. I have three fences on the screen that cannot be moved, resized, or deleted. They can be rolled up, but that is it. I cannot create any new fences either. However, I can get to the Configure Fences dialogue. I deleted the program and just reinstalled the newest version but it simply put the same three locked fences back.  I saw here that someone said that the "Fences Locked" option had been clicked, but I can't find that option in my Configure Fences dialogue.

I am running Windows 10 with multiple monitors but that wasn't a problem before.

Anyone have any ideas?

Forget it. Found the thread that actually had a picture of where that option was located. Feel quite silly at this point. But it would be interesting to know how that option suddenly locked itself. Quite annoying.
