Thumper / Washing Machine Churn Windows 10

I'm running the latest fences. I can't tell you the version since my computer will lock up if I enable fences. I'm running fences on an HP Pavillion 15t cb000 I7 4 Core 4K screen Nvidia GTX 1050 Graphics 16Gig Ram Windows 10 Pro Build 18362.19h1_release.190318-1202. When I run fences on my Laptop's screen, it works fine. If I use my work configuration 2 1280x1900 monitors + Laptop screen, I get a pulser/O/Washing Machine for a long period of time (Over an hour) eventually the computer locks up. The same thing happens at my work at home configuration which has 1 4K monitor+ Laptop screen. I find I can avoid this by disabling fences when I use any configuration except my laptop screen. I main reason I use fences is so that I can move my laptop from configuration to configuration and have my desktop configured correctly. This used to work fine though I can't tell exactly when it all went pear shaped. I've tried flushing my Icon cache, no joy there.

Any help would be appreciated.
