Start 10 checkout price differs from advertised offer

My trial of Start 10 has expired. By email I received an offer to purchase at $4.24. When at the Stardock checkout the price, with the discount code applied is $5.72. The offer is said to expire July 9. Today is July 7.

 
What do I have to do to purchase the software at the advertised price?

Please remember local taxes may apply and any currency conversions (prices are always quoted in USD).  As Stardock cannot know where you are located when emailing the price will be without tax and in USD.
