Installation

Hello,

I bought Fence's 3 yesterday. I am very disappointed, because I can do what I want, I keep getting an error message.

All drivers are up to date. Operating system is WIN 10 Pro with NVidia graphics card.

I have done a clean reboot, I ran your program PURGE, shut down the antivirus program, created a new admin account.....nothing helped!

Message: 2020-07-01T15:48:35] Info    : Initialize: Product ID '2628', Product Name 'Fences3', Version '3.0.9.14', Company Name 'Stardock', Process Name 'G:\programme\zubehör\fences\Fences.exe' and loak at Picture!

What now....?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information on your system

1) Windows version, please use Winver.exe for full version numbers.

2) Your system hardware information, such as CPU, GPU etc etc.

3) Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, (please reinstall into a default directory), and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.

Hello , if still issues ...

Make sure in task Manager BOTH Fences are enabled at Start Up .

try reboot and check , if still an issue ,
