Bought license, but the prog doesnt work :/

Hello all

 

Ive bought yesterday a license for Fences and installed it. Also activated. 

After that, if I start Fences, I get the following error message:

"Fences does not appear to be loaded. You may have to reinstall fences"

 

I have also reinstalled it two times, but again the same error. It starts after I click OK on this message, but when I try to create a fences window with right click, I dont have any options from fences there. 

 

Can you help? 

 

I have Windows 10, Version 1909 on a Surface Pro X.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Is your Surface Pro X on Microsoft SQ1 ARM CPU? If yes, sorry to inform you that currently Fences is not compatible on ARM CPU. Its only for Intel and AMD CPU.

Thank you for the answer. Yes sadyl it is an SQ1 ARM CPU .. :/ 

So is there maybee an update in the future so that it can also run on a SQ1 ARM CPU ?

I believe, it is possible, the DEV team is aware of this, but so far there is no official announcement on it yet.
