Hello,
today the Microsoft Defender detected an unsigned executable inside Fences installation folder as a high-level threat.
Here is a VirusTotal scan result:

It's accompanied by two text files:
patch_register.cmd:

Code
  1. Fences.exe /regpatch

and patch_unregister.cmd:
Code
  1. Fences.exe /unregpatch

Is it safe to keep the file as an executable? Is there a reason for the file not to be signed? What is it for?
