I can't uninstall Fences 3

Hello i have a huge problem with Fences3.
When i uninstalled this program by control panel and by apps and futures, it disapere.
But the main problem is, program is still on my computer and still working.
I have 30free days version, but i don't want it now.
I'm sending screen from my folder with it.

Im asking for help, because it is really annoying...

You can try to do the purge part of these steps as mentioned here : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling

Just make sure to reboot after the purge.

I forgot to mention that i was tried this option with purge and it is still doesnt work.

I think the main problem is that i have no uninstall.exe file, someone know why?
