Fences fail to open

After install fences,

Dialog says that explorer is not correctly close, please right click and select start fences,

 

And after clicking start fences, it says explorer is not correctly close, then loop.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system.

1) Windows version. Please use Winver.exe for full version numbers.

2) Fences version.

3) Is the issue appear after an installations? After Windows updates and was working great before the update?

Fences version: 3.09

 

I have no windows update or install any software before install fences

 

this is paid version of fences and I install fences on company laptop, and DLP software is installed (TRITON AP-ENDPOINT DLP)

Thanks for the information. It look like you have Forcepoint installed in your company laptop. It is known that Forcepoint is having compatibility issue with Fences.

No, no update on this. Actually, I believe it more on Forcepoint to whitelist Fences to function properly. So it is best for you to work with your company IT dept to let Forcepoint whitelist Fences.
