After purchasing and installing Stardock application Services, which include a variety of apps, including Fences. My PC Runs MUCH more sluggishly, and hangs ? Fences appears to stall? Does anyone know if Stardock apps are Malware?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. No, Stardock's apps are not Malware. I am assuming you get the Object Desktop Package which come with variety of apps? If so, I would advice to take your time and install them one at a time. Reboot, retest your system, setup that application you just installed. See if there is a problem with your system. Learn how to use that application. Once you comfortable with that application, then move on to the next one. If you install all the application all in one go, it will be overwhelming to you. Also if you run into issues after curtain application get install, you can easily narrow down to that application and we can work together with you to iron out the issues.

It appears that Fences may be the main culprit. I have not enabled any of the other apps. How do you suggest I verify that the Stardock apps are not causing the Desktop performance issues?
You can try to do the purge and reinstall on Fences as mentioned here : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling
Just make sure to re-download the latest version again from your account. Reboot after the purge, reinstall, reboot again. Retest and report back here.
