Unable to switch to Windows 7 Style

I have start10 installed with the latest update. I changed the style to Windows 7 style but the start menu didn't change (still win 10 style). I already uninstall and reinstall. The issue still persist. Please help

Would you do this PURGE different than a regular uninstall https://forums.stardock.com/486022/start10-support-faq#reinstalling

Reboot and Re Install the latest version from your account https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products/

Reboot test and report back please.
