Stardock Application Services couldnt be started

Stardock Application Services couldnt be started. Propably you need to reinstall the programm again. If the problem occures further, pls contact the Support.

 

 

Im using a fresh win 10 Installation x64, 

specs:

rtx2060 Super, i7 9700k, 500GB SSD+2TB HDD,

i installed/reinstalled the programm so far 8 times in differnet folders, restarted it, used the "GroupyPurge.bat" set as admin, and tried it all over again. each time: different folders, used the different harddrives to and rrestarted the PC each time. 

I bought the software on the 14.05.2020, so its a new version of the whole desktop app on this website.

Please help me?

I wanted to try out the programm again, but ewhile download, i got this text: An error occured when attempting to download Object Desktop.

i payed it, how do i get it?
