Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know some information.

1) Windows version, please use Winver.exe for full Windows version numbers.

2) Fences version.

3) A video showing us what happen when you press Alt+ Left or Right Arrow.

Hi Basj

Windows Pro 10, Version 1903 os build 18362.778

Fences Ver 3.0.9.11

Graphics Card: GeForce RTX 2060 Verion 445.87

When I hit Alt Left It seems to have blacked the background,  after it is black, nothing changes... If I move any of the fences, it redraws the background with the original image...

Happy to show you over an online meeting of needed

Shout if you really need a video...  Can do that later tonight if needed

THanks

Fadi

Thanks for the video. Please try the purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling.

Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purge, reinstall using the latest version you just downloaded. Reboot again after the installation. Retest it and report back.

I did all that, and as soon as I added "Create Portal Folder Here" it all went black again...  It seems to replace the background image with just the colour black.

Thanks again
