Recovering Layout Snapshot from crashed laptop

My laptop running Win10 crashed (in recurrent bootloop even in safe mode and all restore points are corrupted) and I am trying to recreate the previous system on a new computer running Win10 Pro.

My laptop's Desktop was completely backed up to Dropbox and both Fences 3 and Start 10 were on that computer -- I don't recall which one was in use. I would like to recreate that previous dual-monitor layout. Can I find online my most recent Fences 3/Start 10 layout snapshot that exists on my crashed computer?
