Fences Not allowing to create New Fences

There was an old version on this machine, I purchased the Object Desktop, and when I install Fences 3, It does not allow me to create new fences, or move them... I tried uninstall / re-install multiple times.

Tiles / Groupy seem to work fine...

Is there such a thing as a complete wipe of Fences, and re-install? Thanks in advance

Sorry to hear you are having issues. First, please look if you have not accidentally locked your fences. if you do, please unlock it and try again.

If it still unresolved, please try the purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling

Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purge, reinstall using the latest version you just downloaded. Reboot again after the installation. Retest it and report back.
