How to lock Start10 programs and tasbar icons

Is there a way to lock the Start10 items in place so that they can not be rearanged by accident or deleted?

Is there away to lock the taskbar items in the same way as above?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, as far as I know, I don't think there is such option to do that.
