upgrade Fences v2

Hello. I have a license for fences 2. Is there any posibility that I can upgrade it to version 3 at a discounted price ?

I didn't even know there is a version 3, I went to the website because v2 and Windows 10 do not play nice. I get crashes and slowed down performance although I have a top system
