Fences 3.0.9.11 crashed, Windows 10, FencesMenu64.dll

Hello,

my fences version is stable. Unfortunately I start Microsoft Remote Support (msra / offerra). 
Then Fences crashes immediately, the error message cannot be clicked away, I have to restart the client.

msra.exe C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Fences\FencesMenu64.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or contains errors. Errorcode: 0xc0000428

When I uninstall Fences, MSRA works fine.

I reinstall also the Client, same Problem. Reinstall Fences ist also not the Solution

This is a defect in the version of Windows you are using.

For reasons best known to Microsoft, msra.exe is unable to start when some applications which install system wide hooks (a standard OS feature) installed. This is typically only if the application is running as an elevated process.

This is believed to be resolved in the insider versions of Windows, so it should be sorted in future release versions of Windows though I cannot promise if that is with the April update of Windows due to be released shortly.
