Activation Not Registering

I restarted my pc this morning and was greeted by a message saying that I have not activated my pc. This happened after I changed my pc name so I tried to put the code in and was greeted by an error. I have reinstalled and rebooted and I am still getting the error message.

I changed my pc name and it seemed to have fixed it guess fences wasn't a fan of the non English characters
