Fence bug when switch user with two monitors

Windows 10 64bit Fences 3.0.9.11 two monitors. Running and normal user do ctrl-alt-del and select switch user to administrator do stuff and switch back to the user and all fences on overlaid monitor one. Need to use layout snapping menu from configure fences sub menu to restore two monitor fence order.

If I logoff with windows key R and type logoff then login as the administrator and when done logoff and logon as user the fences are correct for two monitors.

This also happened in previous versions.
