SkinStudio No Access?

I have bought WindowBlinds 10 via humblebundle, it's attached to my account here to.

I cannot download https://www.stardock.com/products/skinstudio/

It says this is included with windowblinds on the page itself and i would really like to make my own skin!

How can i get access to this?
