До покупки была установлена пробная версия fences ( с официального сайта ). Было решено купить программу, купил я её в steam. Загрузил, нажал установить, появилось окно установки с ошибкой: the specified file was not found, но установка была возможна, установил, программа тут же вылетела. ( уточню что я пытался установить программу на все диски ) Неоднократно удалял, переустанавливал, не помогло. Пытался удалить fences ( у которого была пробная версия ) полностью ( не получилось ). Так же привязал учётку stardock к steam и попробовал активировать пробную версию fences через неё ( рассчитывал на то, что если у меня в библиотеке steam есть fences он добавит её в учётку stardock и активирует пробную версию ) увы, это не получилось. Если не получиться решить проблему, прошу ключ активации для пробной версии fences ( мне кажется это самый простой вариант решения проблемы. ) учётка stardock: [email protected] (pls do not post your private email in a public forum, Thank You)

Здравствуйте, к сожалению это не помогло ( уже переустанавливал до вашего совета ) Кстати, ваше руководство устарело ( в стиме новый дизайн библиотеки ).

Hello, unfortunately this did not help (already reinstalled before your advice) By the way, your manual is outdated (in the incentive the new library design).

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

Use the purge:

Reboot. 

As indicated there, you still need to uninstall it from Steam.

After, DO NOT install any other version other than the Steam one.

If you are prompted for a trial / key entry upon re-installation, do this:

If that fails in any way, how is it failing - what errors are lack of functionality are you seeing.  Do not try to install any other version, or use a key or account credentials to activated - please just report what you are seeing.
