I just purchased Stardock Fences. and I'm having problems with moving icons within a fence to a different place and they bounce around randomly/change places randomly. I've recorded 2 videos to make it a bit more clear.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. The only time I saw that is when you set to Sort Fence by -> Number of times opened. Which mean every time you double click on an icon, that icon position will move up the rank and the rest will move down. And you can't manually change that position as shown on your second video.

No, that isn't it. I have it set to none, even switching it to another mode and back doesn't solve the issue
Please try the purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling
Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall using the latest version you just downloaded. Reboot after the installation. Retest and report back.
