Online Tab does not show anything

I have installed resp. uninstalled and reinstalled Deskscapes different times with no success.

Whenever I start the application after reinstalling it with an additional reboot of the system my ONLINE tab never shows me any content. I always get the information "No suitable backgrounds have been found" displayed.

Can you give some information about what may cause this behaviour? Also any hint about the requirements would be helpful.

My Windows version is Windows 10 Pro 1909 18363.752

Reboot and Re Install the latest version from your account https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products/

Reboot and test and report back here please.

Hi,

all done as suggested, still not working. 

Before the message "No suitable backgrounds have been found" is displayed I can see a very short information "connecting..."

Any othe idea? Is there a requirement of what .net or any other runtimes must be available for a successful online connection?

Do you have a firewall possibly blocking outgoing connections from Deskscapesconfig?

Also does the left hand list show lots of categories, or is that largely blank too?

Hi,

I already made test disabling the firewall and antivirus without any success. 

Concerning your second question the left hand does not show any entries.
