error code -11

Hi, 

I cannot activate fences 3. it show me that  "unable to activate fences. Please try again or contact support (error code:  -11) again and again when I'm trying to activate it.

Please let me know how can I activate the Fence.

(I'm currently using virtual desktop, maybe its the reason why..?)

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Not really sure if you meant Virtual Machine, no issue for me to activate Fences on my Virtual Machine. Need to know more.

1) Did you purchase Fences through Steam or Stardock directly?

2) Have you successfully activated it in this system or any other system before?

3) If the Email used to activate it linked to your purchase. ie. If you paid using paypal. The email link to the activation key will be the email that link to the paypal.

I believe that I purchased it through stardock website directly

 

 

2) Have you successfully activated it in this system or any other system before?

Yes, I did activated Fence 3 in my own laptop.

 

 

3) If the Email used to activate it linked to your purchase. ie. If you paid using paypal. The email link to the activation key will be the email that link to the paypal.

I tried with both my product key & e-mail adress(not papal), but it didn't work

Hello,

Now I'm using two laptops. 

One is my own, and the other is my office's

Fences 3 in my own laptop works fine, but the problem is that in my office's (Virtual Desktop, VPN)

So can you check it out again please?

And that could be the problem... 

Try temporarily disabling your (work) internet connection to get the app to prompt for the offline activation method.
