Bug? oversight? with sorting desktop icons - its tethered to auto arrange

So fences ties in with windows native sorting/sizing etc, and seemingly breaks the desktop behavior.

if i have a hodgepodge of icons on my desktop (pre fences) and right click > sort > pickyourpoison.  It will do so.

I can immediately grab one of said icons, and move it wherever i want again.

Fences takes it upon itself to not only do the sorting like you request, but enable the "auto arrange icons" tag at the same time.

No problem i thought, I'll just disable it and carry on.   Thats fine, until you need to sort again.   So now what used to be a simple click and done, becomes a multiple step process.   

Can we please get those settings unthered from one another?  so you can one-time sort if you wish
