Recent Fences 3.0.9.11 user and am looking for a setting to make the Icons in a Fence respond to a single click instead of requiring a double click to make application or shortcut run. Is there such a setting in Stardock Fences?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I believe there is no such option in Fences. But you can change on how your desktop icons react to single click using these guide : https://www.howtogeek.com/657251/how-to-enable-single-click-to-open-icons-on-windows-10/. I believe, it should also work with Icons inside fences too.

Yes, that does work but also makes more accidental starts to areas I did not really want that feature for. I was hope that I could turn that on only in Fences. Thank you for you response.
Might be a feature that Stardocks might consider.
