Won't work

When I open Start 10 I get a box that will not maximize. Options are available, but there is no way to apply anything. Nothing ever happens to the Start menu. How do I fix this? Tried to download the purge file, but the link seems dead. I also saw something about tablet mode sometimes causing problems. I sometimes use tablet mode on my machine. Does this somehow mess up Start 10 permanently?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information.

1) Windows version, please use Winver.exe for full version number.

2) Start10 version.

3) Please try download the purge file using different browser or use the incognito/private mode.

Hello and thanks for the replay. Windows Version # is 1903 (Build 18362.657). Start 10 ver. 1.8. Tried using Edge to download the file and turned off antivirus/firewall. Didn't work.

Never could download that file, but I uninstalled everything and reinstalled. Works now. Thanks for the help.
