Window Blinds not working with Windows 10

After installing Start10 and then Windows Blinds, once a style is selected and then applied.

I receive a "WindowBlinds does not appear to be installed correctly on your machine.  Would you like to try and fix this issue now  (Y/N)" error.  Selecting YES does nothing and just circles back to the main menu.

There are countless but I use the native Windows Defender - already in WIn10.

Your first response to the problem I'm experiencing with WindowBlinds seem to be due to the virus protection program ESET.

I assumed that my problem then was the virus protection I'm using (McAfee) and by extension that a McAfee problem explanation was

available.

The first test would be to disable it (uninstall would be preferred) and test to see if you still have the issue (I suspect you would not).   You will remain 'protected' as Windows Defender would then takeover that duty.
