Fences Lock Feature not working

Greetings,

I had to recently un-install and reinstall Fences because of various problems arising. It seems to be okay now, however, it not locking the fences in place even when I have it selected that option. They periodically move about on their own. Somewhat annoying. I have had to reset them several times. I am always sure to unlock and relock on the general blue screen in the software.

Any help with this would be appreciated,

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more

1) Windows 10 version, please use Winver.exe for full version numbers.

2) Fences version.

3) Single or multiple monitors setup? Information on each monitors : Resolutions, scaling(100%,125% etc etc), and connection type (DVI, DP, HDMI, USB, etc etc)

Thank-you for your reply. This situation with the Fences moving about is happening on two separate PC laptops. Perhaps we can look at one at a time. At present I am on the home PC which is a SONY VAIO. The software versions read as follows:

Microsoft Windows 10

Version 1890 (OS Build 17763.805)

I have this PC connected to two new Dell monitors. One is plugged directly into the HDMI port of the computer and the other is plugged into HDMI through a J5create HDMI adapter hub, which goes plugs into the USB port of the PC.  The resolution scaling on both monitors is 125% (recommended).
