Repeated activationi requests

I've been using Fences version 3.0.9.11.  I get a pop-up requesting me to re-activate the Fences program every 2-4 days. When I click the option to enter my license code to re-activate, the correct license number and email are listed in the pop-up window. All I need do is click and I'm fine. But, 2-4 days later the same thing happens again.

How do I remedy this annoying experience? Thanks.

Thank you for your reply regarding my registration problem. After following the directions at the link you provided, the program registered fine, just as before. But, also just as before, the prompt to enter the license number comes up again within a couple of days. So, the fix didn't work.

In the following locations:

C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Registrations

Delete fencesSig2240.bin (if it's there)

C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Fences

Delete the cache.dat and license.sig

And delete the C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Fences folder

After, try activating again and let us know if you are again prompted.

 

After successfully activating, please verify that the file C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Fences\license.sig exists.  And if you experince the problem check to see if the license.sig file exists again?  If it has disappeared there is a possibility that your anti-virus may be quarantining the file.
