Cannot resize or move fences

I purchased and installed Fences yesterday and installed it on a Windows 10 laptop. A number of fences were automatically created. I can not resize or move any of them. I click on the title line or "border" and cannot drag to enlarge or to relocate.

Please advise.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please check if you get fences locked. Unlock it and try again. (Right click on desktop -> View -> Lock Fences)
