Start10 Issues after Joining Computer to a Domain

Dear All,

Best wishes and Happy New Year!

We are facing 2 issues with the Start10 application (Version 1.75).

A part of computers in the Network are showing numbers instead of arrows as per below screenshot.
Moreover the "Configure Start 10" window will open and close automatically once the user is logged into a Domain Account.
In case of accessing the "Configure Start 10" window from a local account the window will open with no issue.

Please note that we have already followed the PURGE steps in order to re-install the application from scratch with no success.
