Fast fingers got in trouble
Used Start 8 until I switched over to Windows10 and knowing how much I disliked the mess of blocks/or whatever evil name Microsoft chose for this latest Start screen, I immediately added Start10 but then found that nearly all my buddies in a computer class we were taking were using plain old Windows 10, I decided to move back to the Windows 10 style making it somewhat easier to help each other when we got stuck. It appears that only about 1/2 of them made the change initially and nothing would come back when I tried fixing the program. Not sure what happened to the rest of them - and now I can't figure out how to get myself out of the mess I've made. Start 10 is still in the directory but I don't know whether it's complete and workable. If I have a choice and a way to solve the problem with the initial combination of gmail and Start10, I'd go back to a fixed and workable Start10 and not be so hasty to follow the crowd the next time MS decides to change their "look". Sorry, not enough of a computer person to give you a better idea of what has happened so if you are willing to try to "fix" the problem, please make it super simple or be able to reach across the open space, wave your magic wand and make the combo of gmail and Start10 work nicely together. Thanks
