Folder shortcut display bug ?

Frist, my english is no good, I use translation software.

1. I created a folder shortcut and placed it on the desktop, It's very convenient.

2. Open any windows window (not full screen), Block the window from the "folder shortcut" so that the window has focus.

3. Then click on the blank space of the desktop (make the desktop get focus AND windows window lose focus)

..................... 

I've created more than one folder shortcut, and I don't know why
