Fences broken

Fences user for many years now, IIRC, even started with Fences 1 and bought Fences 2 and 3 when it came out.  Multiple PCs in my household and I have multiple copies of Fences.

Unfortunately, there seems to be an issue with this latest version.  My main PC has 5 screens and I have multiple Fence boxes in monitor 3 and 4, with nothing in monitors 1, 2, and 5.  Monitor 2 is my main monitor.  Over the last month, I've had to re-do my Fences layout at least 3x as the Restore Snapshot feature no longer seems to work.  I try both the daily-saved snapshot and the one I saved myself, none work.  I tried the "Fences Clean Boot" and the "Purging and re-installing" fixes, none work.

My specific issue is that I have 10 Fence boxes, 7 boxes in monitor 3 and 3 boxes in monitor 4 but when the issue occurs, all 10 boxes gets moved into monitor 2 (main monitor) and the restore snapshot feature does nothing.

I'm running Win10 ver. 1809, GeForce driver ver 441.66, and I'm not using DisplayFusion or any other multi-monitor programs.  I've had this issue occur when updating GeForce drivers but the last 2 instances of this issue was after rebooting the PC with no new programs or updates installed prior to the reboot.  At least 1 instance of this issue was after a cold boot of my PC, again with no new programs or updates installed prior to shutting down the PC for the night.  The problem is not 100% replicable as I can do many reboots/cold boots and have no issues and then one day a reboot/cold boot messes up my Fence boxes.

Is there anything else I could try to see if it fixes the problem?

I've yet again rearranged my Fence boxes, saved the snapshot, and even messed around with the boxes to ensure that the latest snapshot works and will restore my boxes to the proper location.  However, I'm not very confident that it'll work should the issue arise again.

Hello,
I have forwarded your questions/problems to the Stardock Support team for their assistance.

While waiting, would also help if you could list down your setting on each of your monitors. Such as : Resolution, scaling, connection type and anything else that might help.

Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate you feedback and patience.

Thank You,

Thank you.  I don't see how the monitor settings and connection type would be a factor.  If it were the culprit, then the issue would be consistent and reproducible, would it not?

In any case, all monitors are 1920x1080, all monitors are at 100% scale, 1-2-3 is through DVI-to-DP cables to a discrete GPU, 4 is through a USB docking station, 5 is through DVI-to-DP cable via motherboard GPU.  I've had this setup for 2+ years, prior to that, the setup was with 4 monitors only.

I don't see how that applies to my case.  My icons are not the issue but rather the Fences themselves moving from one monitor to another monitor and the restore snapshot does not fix this issue.

End of quote

While I am using a docking station for one monitor, this monitor is connected and turned on constantly alongside the rest of the PC.
