Scroll wheel in fences scrolls way too far

I doubt I'm the first to mention it, but it bugs the life out of me.  I have a fence that has too many icons to see at once.  So I try to scroll up or down to get to the icon/program I want.  But the scroll wheel jumps to the top or bottom.  I doubt it is the size of scroll (which is three) because that works for everything else.  Is this a bug or a "feature" or can I change something on my end.

What version of Windows are you running ( Full Version ) ?

What version of Fences are you running ?

How many Monitors ? and Resolutions

Fences 3.0.9.11

Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.18363.535]

2 monitors

(1920x1080) main where all fences are

(1600x1200) secondary

And ---- weird ---

It seems to be working normally at the moment.  I have no idea why.  I can scroll 1 row, like expected.

Hello,

My mouse is set at 3 lines but my fences scrolls 1 line at a time .

I have seen the wheel in some applications become extremely sensitive after a sleep for no reason at all.  It seems to be an OS glitch.

A reboot usually fixes this so I suspect that might be what you are seeing.
