Since the latest windows update (build 19536) my screen has been acting crazy when fences is enabled. I am not sure if fences is causing the issue, but when I disable it, the screen works fine.
I did a full uninstall (using the batch file) and a clean install, and still get this. thoughts?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. That is an Insider preview which is not official release of Windows 10. My suggestion is to revert back to official Windows 10 release for full support.

ok. thanks for the help. I'll wait until this one is released rather than turn back. No big deal..just wanted to see if there was anything obvious to check
