KVM causes all icons to move to 3rd Monitor

I have a KVM which I use for 2 of my 3 monitors. When I switch from the PC with 3 monitors to the one with 2, all the Fences move to the 3rd monitor. When I come back to the computer with the 3 monitors, it takes Fences about 2 minutes to move them back. How can I prevent the Fences from moving when I change selected computers with my KVM?
