I use the Fence program with my laptop and additional monitor. Before the fences always stayed where I created them. Now that I have a new laptop and new monitor, the fences keep moving all around, usually crowding onto laptop screen. How do I have keep them locked in place both on laptop and monitor?

Sorry to hear you are having issues.
Right Click on Desktop and go to view and check lock fences

Just to be sure, re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall it, reboot again. Retest and report back.
